STEP ONE: CONNECT

Schedule your complimentary consultation call. In this call, we’ll spend 30–45 minutes chatting about your travel goals, who's coming along, & what you’re hoping to experience. This is your time to share your vision & my time to listen.

STEP TWO: MAKE IT OFFICAL

Before planning begins, I’ll request:
- A valid passport for each traveler (valid 6+ months beyond return)
- A signed client agreement
- My planning fee

Once these are received, I’ll start designing your family’s personalized itinerary — narrowing down options that fit your needs, style, & schedule. You’ll choose the best fit from hand-picked recommendations

STEP THREE: CONFIRM & PREPARE

Let the countdown begin! Once you’ve selected your accommodations & experiences, I’ll book & confirm everything. Then, the fun begins! You’ll receive monthly touchpoints filled with destination info, planning tips, & everything you need to get excited (& prepared) for your trip.

STEP FOUR: CREATE MEMORIES

You’ll depart feeling confident & organized with all travel details, documents, & guides in one place (all on your personalized travel portal!). If anything comes up along the way, I’m here to advocate & support you. All that’s left is to make lasting memories with your family.
